Why this page existsSo you can see exactly what this part of a room does, and what it will not do, before you set one up.

The short answer

The Keighbor pathway has 19 milestones and 91 steps, including one setup milestone with six steps. It appears beside the gold button, from setup through closing. Open a milestone to see its steps and workspace.

What it does

The Keighbor pathway has 19 milestones and 91 steps, including one setup milestone with six steps. It appears beside the gold button, from setup through closing. Open a milestone to see its steps and workspace.

Each step opens a little (the plain lines, the workspace, "I've done this") or all the way (the full guide with the workspace pinned beside it). Every step has a written guide: what it is, how people do it, what it costs, where to check, and how you know you are finished. The same guides are published free on this site.

The five pre-listing milestones run at once, as a wheel. The trunk above only opens when all five are home. Finishing a milestone fills the trail behind it, and the strip under the button takes its color.

The whole sale, drawn as a climb. A milestone lands and the trail fills.

How it saves your work

Every tick, every parked step, and every worksheet is the sale's own record. You can rename steps, take some out, or add your own at the end of any milestone.

The pathway is seeded from one catalog for every sale, so a new guide or a corrected step arrives for everyone.

How you use it

  1. Scroll down from the gold button. The climb fills the screen.
  2. Press a milestone's name or its stone to open it. Press a step to open it a little; press "How to do this" for all of it.
  3. Tick the coin when a step is done. The panel throws confetti in the milestone's color when the last one lands.
  4. Press "Edit pathway" to rename, remove, or add steps.

What it won't do

It does not tick anything you only read. Reading a step and doing it are different buttons.

Every milestone has six steps or fewer. Open a guide to see its additional details.

Questions people ask about this

Is the pathway the same for everyone?
It starts the same, and you can change yours. The guides are written for a seller doing the work themselves, and an agent-provided room reads a version written for a sale with an agent.
Can I read the guides without a room?
Yes, every one of them, at /guides. They are the same words.
