This is a prototype placeholder. The final Terms of Service will cover account creation, the two-step signup process (email to save progress, password to create your account), use of the free tools, tier fees and closing-statement billing, cancellation, and the boundaries of what Threshold does and does not provide (software and coordination — not legal, financial, or brokerage services beyond the licensed agent of record).
