About us

Guided home selling, at a price that respects what your home is actually worth.

Our promise to you

Transparency

We're upfront about pricing — no hidden fees, no forced upgrades, nothing you find out about at closing.

Guidance

We don't just list your home. We guide you through the entire sale, one clear step at a time, all the way to close.

Security

We encrypt and protect every document you sign, every step of the way. We never sell your information.

Homeowner-first

This is built around you. Every decision — pricing, negotiating, when to bring in help — stays yours to make.

Threshold was made for you.

A licensed Indiana agent kept watching the same thing happen: sellers paying full commission for coordination work that was mostly repeatable, well-documented, and honestly pretty well suited to software.

That idea became Threshold. We're not stopping at a listing tool — our mission is to guide sellers through the whole transaction, at a price that matches how simple most sales actually are.

The facts

$0
to list, every tier
1
licensed agent of record on every account
2026
the year Threshold got started
$10,000
saved on a typical Indiana closing
$76,000
roughly what that $10,000 could grow to over 30 years, reinvested at typical market returns — illustrative only, not a promise of any return

Our guarantees

If your home doesn't sell, you owe Threshold nothing — at any tier, no exceptions.

Every document is built to Indiana's actual requirements — nothing guessed at, nothing borrowed from another state's template.

Change tiers, bring in an outside agent, or walk away entirely — nothing about starting with Threshold locks you in.

Who's behind this

AT

Andre — Founder

Licensed Indiana real estate agent

We're a small team building carefully, on purpose, rather than pretending to be bigger than we are. Every account is backed by a real, licensed agent of record — currently, that's Andre — and every Indiana disclosure document is built to the state's actual requirements.

MLS entry on every Threshold listing runs through our licensed flat-fee broker partner — that part legally has to go through a broker, so we made sure it's a good one.

Where this is going

More Indiana counties, more document types, and more of the free tools built directly into the room instead of standing alone. We'd rather ship a few things well than promise everything at once.
