At the top of your Room, a short line and the gold button show one available item. Keighbor checks in a fixed order: a booking request, mail that needs an answer, a showing in the next day and a half, availability you haven't set, the agent question if you're comparing agents, then the next available pathway step.

Press it and your checklist opens on that step, with one plain line, the one thing to press, and its written guide under "How to do this". Reading is not doing: a step is only ticked when you mark it done.
The button glows when a booking, message, or appointment has arrived. When it holds a pathway step, it stays gold without the glow.
The coin holds the next thing worth doing. Press it and it grows into the step.

Every step you tick is written to your pathway the moment you press it, and the room refreshes around it: the milestone's bar fills, the trail on the map fills, and the strip at the seam takes its color. If you park a step ("someone else has to do this first"), the room notes who you are waiting on and stops asking for a day.
How you use it
- Open your room. The line at the top says what is next; the coin under it says one word.
- Press the coin. Your checklist opens on the step.
- Do the thing, or read about it first. "How to do this" opens the full guide without leaving.
- Press the step's circle to mark it done. Press it again to undo.
What it won't do
It never decides for you. It orders what needs you; you decide what to do about it.
It does not nag. Nothing pings, nothing counts down, and a parked step stays parked until you say otherwise.
