Where the button is
Open your room, press your initial in the top corner, and press Download everything. The zip builds while you wait and lands in your downloads. It is built from your own sign-in, so it can only ever contain your own room.
Whenever you want, however often
There is no limit and no charge. Sellers download at the end of a sale to keep the record, and some download along the way to hand a copy to a lawyer or a lender.
Deleting it all
The same panel has Delete my account. It runs immediately, with no waiting period and nothing to ask us for, and it takes your sales and everything in them with it. The one thing that stays is a document that you and other people signed, kept sealed so the signature can be proven later; deleting your data explains why in full.
A free room you stopped using
Nothing removes it today. Our policy is that a room nobody has opened for 12 months may be removed, and before that ever happens we email you first with time to download everything, or simply to open the room and keep it.
If your sale falls through
Your room keeps everything you did. Archive the deal and start over on the same home, and your listing work, your photos and your purchase carry across without retyping anything.
