Working out a price

The pricing step gives you a workspace for comparable sales and adjustments, online estimates, and information about your local market.

"Look this up for me" retrieves supported public information and shows its source. It isn't added to your worksheet until you press "Put these in for me."

You choose the listing price. Keighbor organizes pricing information but doesn't recommend what your home should list for.
