Your availability is when you're willing to show the home. Add it to the grid by dragging across a day or pressing the day's name.

The preset chips add rather than replace, so "Weekday evenings" and "Weekends" together is two taps.

Keighbor doesn't choose these hours. You decide when the home is available.
