For sellers
Where are you in your sale?
A home sale has 4 phases, and what is worth knowing changes in each one. Pick yours and the pages come in the right order. Already halfway through? Start where you are.
Whichever stretch you're in, a room holds it.
Free to set up. No credit card. Nothing starts a clock.4 phases, 18 milestones, 85 small steps, 1 thing shown at a time.
Why this page existsMost people who arrive at a site like this are handed the whole sale at once. This page hands you the stretch you're actually in.

The whole sale, in four numbers
This is what the room holds for you, and what this site gives away free.
- 4phasesBefore you list, on the market, under contract, closing.
- 18milestonesEach one a chapter of the sale, with its own guide.
- 85small stepsEvery one written out, free, before you decide anything.
- 1thing shown at a timeThe gold button holds the next step and nothing else.
Two questions people ask before anything else
Exactly what is free, and exactly when do I pay?
Everything before the listing is free: setting up your room, the whole pathway with every guide, your documents and photos, the calculator, the sale sheet, comparing agents, and your sale's own email address. You pay once, on the day your sale reaches the listing milestone, and only if you want the tool doing the on-market work: the calendar and showings, the mail sorted for you, editing documents, your public page, and, on the All the way plan, signing and the state forms. No card is asked for before that day, and nothing starts a clock.
Does my agent have to use Keighbor?
No. Your agent never has to log in, install anything, or change how they work. Your room is yours; you can invite them into it to share papers and dates, and plenty of sellers never do. If they do come in, they see what you share with them and nothing you keep private.
